If you prefer to handle the day-to-day management of your property yourself
but you do not have the time or availability to market and show vacancies on a
moment's notice, nor the expertise in choosing a new tenant, this may be the
right program for you.
Optima will handle any or all of the following services:
**Our fee for this service is half of one month's rental income or 5% of one
year's lease.
***This fee will be determined once all information of your unit will be
provided to us.

- Recommend required maintenance
- View/show vacant unit(s)
- Advertise and market available vacancies
- Thorough verification/credit screening
- Execute rental/lease agreement
- Conduct move-in inspection of the property
- Collect first month's rent and security deposit up-front
- Turn over original document and funds to you
- We then turn the day-to-day management back over to you
