- All receipts will be deposited to a designated trust account and a detailed ledger of
receipts and deposits will be prepared for your records.
Accounts Payable
- All loans, insurances, property taxes, registrations and all other invoices will be paid
on a timely basis and with the utmost care.
- Account balances are being monitored on a daily basis.
Maintenance and Repair
- Our maintenance staff and crew are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to
provide immediate response to emergency situations and to attend to all maintenance requests and needs.
- We are very experienced with City Code compliance and Section 8 (HUD)
Inspections.
Vacancy Preparation
- Walk through procedures, Move-In and Move-Out inspections.
- Schedule the vendors to prepare the unit and make sure it is ready to be shown to
prospect tenants.
Rental Services
- Advertise.
- Credit check and background verification is processed in-house.
- All leases and Move In procedures are processed with experienced personnel.
Property Inspection
- Bi-weekly common area inspections to note any potential safety hazards, code
violations or need of repairs such as leaks, graffiti, trash, etc.
