Maintenance and Repair
  • Our maintenance staff and crew are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to
    provide immediate response to emergency situations and to attend to all
    maintenance requests and needs.
  • We are very experienced with City Code compliance and Section 8 (HUD)
    Inspections.

Vacancy Preparation
  • Walk through procedures, Move-In and Move-Out inspections.
  • Schedule the vendors to prepare the unit and make sure it is ready to be shown to
    prospect tenants.

Rental Services
  • Advertise.
  • Credit check and background verification is processed in-house.
  • All leases and Move In procedures are processed with experienced personnel.

Property Inspection
  • Bi-weekly common area inspections to note any potential safety hazards, code
    violations or need of repairs such as leaks, graffiti, trash, etc.
