Lease agreement
Our lease agreements and addendums are constantly being updated to ensure enforceability. In addition to the standard lease clauses, we include all legal disclosures as required by the state of California.
Proactive leasing
We ensure that vacancy time is kept at a minimum. Units are advertised as soon as tenants submit a notice to vacate. We also place a 'For Rent' sign on the property. We show prospective residents similar apartments that don't require major renovations. This is done while the apartment is still tenant occupied. This can save the owners a significant amount of time and money.
